Billing and Cancellations

Billing & cancellations should be easy-breezy lemon-squeezy. That is why we have made a flexible program.


Billing

We bill on the first of the month. If you need to cancel the month please let us know before the month starts, once the charge goes through, we cannot issue a refund.


Cancellations

What if something unexpected happens?

Cancellations must be made up or they will be lost. They are to be made directly between the student and their teacher. 24-hour notice of any cancellation/reschedule is required. Only one make up day per 90 days unless it’s because the teacher has cancelled, in which case you have the choice of an alternative teacher for that lesson or a 30 day make up pass.

Ideally it would be best and easiest to add the missed lesson to another lesson. For example, you can add 15-30 minute increments to other lessons to make up for the missed lesson. The second option is finding a completely different day/time in that month or within 30 days, since the make up lesson would expire after 30 days. (Subject to teachers availability) If the teacher misses more than one lesson every 90 days, an alternative teacher will be assigned.

You may terminate this agreement at any time before the 1st of the next month. The month paid for will need to be completed, it will not be refunded.
